OUR RATES FOR A 4 BEDROOM PREMIUM TOWNHOUSE ARE 10% LOWER THAN RATES THROUGH 7 SPRINGS RESORT!

A) Holiday & Autumn Fest Weekends - from $810 (2 night minimum, 10%
general discount not available these weekends).

B) All short term rentals at Seven Springs Resort subject to 9%
Pennsylvania & Somerset County tax.

C) One night deposit required to hold rental dates. Full amount &
security deposit due 30 days prior to rental. 14 day written/e-mail
cancellation required for return of payment & deposit return.
